Dr. Dobbins serves as the Chief Medical Officer at BasePoint, leading the BasePoint Academy’s client treatment team as well as seeing patients individually. Dr. Dobbins brings over a decade of experience as a double board-certified Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. Her experience comes from multiple care settings that include high acuity Psychiatric ERs, Veteran Affairs outpatient mental health clinic and a community Child Psychiatry clinic, as well as previous professorship at UT Southwestern Dallas.

Dr. Dobbins received her undergraduate degrees from Xavier University of New Orleans and the University of Detroit Mercy. She earned her medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her Adult Psychiatry residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX and her Child Psychiatry training at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
