This place was great Emily was my therapist she is amazingPosted on Ian Pauken16/08/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Before going through this program, I never went through any mental health programs which felt consistently proper enough to feel like they really counted so, I consider my attendance through this program as more of my actual first experience. And, as a first experience, I thought it was great. Each staff member is great at their job and extremely kind and considerate, you really feel their desire to help everyone going through the program. It was admittedly an adjustment to get used to a group setting for me and I got really grumpy on days I was upset but the more willing I became to accept the program and stop resenting it, I realized how helpful it was to actually sit back and hear others speak and receive feedback. And, the staff did an excellent job in shutting down off-road tangents in a way that didn't feel humiliating or shameful to experience. They did a great job in making sure that everyone got to be heard without anything overstimulating into chaos during process. I would really recommend this place to anyone who feels like they are in a rut or need help of this kind. This place really helped me stop feeling so worthless, hopeless and alone in my struggles by its ability to connect and engage with others and be given feedback in ways to cope. I will admit that most of the coping strategies felt extremely stupid when I first came to the place but I then had a shift in my mentality, to allow myself to actively engage with the skills instead of acting above it. My main advice to anyone looking to enter this program is that you should go into it with an open-mind, this makes the process a million times better for you because no one can truly help you if you cannot even help yourself. That lesson is the most important thing I learned from this program. Thanks a million for this wonderful program!Posted on vikki johnson22/07/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended Basepoint from late April to the End of July. Everyone working here is so accommodating and helpful. The difference I can see within myself from before attending to now is amazing. I've learned so many skills here and hearing other peoples perspectives on my experience can be so extremely helpful. Everyone has fantastic insight and it's a very safe, supportive, and open environment. The therapists are super helpful and welcoming as well. I definitely recommend this program!Posted on K1ue21/07/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I loved it here. BasePoint BreakThrough specializes in outpatient mental health care for young adults ages 18-35, offering intensive treatment programs, psychiatric care referrals, and seamless collaboration with providers. Our referral process is fast, secure, and designed to get patients into care quickly so your clients can begin their journey to recovery without delay.
Open 7AM -7PM 7 days a week providing same day complimentary assessments
Once a referral is received, the BasePoint team promptly contacts the client and their family the same day to learn more about their needs, answer questions, and begin building trust from the very first conversation. Our goal is to schedule an assessment the same day we get a referral.
When a client begins care, our team reaches out to the established outpatient therapist or psychiatrist within 24 hours to inform them of the admission and share any relevant clinical information. This ensures continuity of care and collaboration with the client’s existing providers as treatment begins. We can also facilitate an initial consultation call between providers as needed/requested, but typically Clinical Care Coordinators will fulfill this through our initial contact process.
Referring providers receive a progress update midway through treatment. These updates are designed to keep you informed and engaged in your client’s care journey, ensuring transparency and partnership.
Updates are typically shared by fax or email, though consultative phone calls are available when appropriate. More frequent updates can be provided upon request or when clinically indicated to best support a client’s care.
Discharge planning truly starts at day of admission. We meet with clients/families on admission day as well as call any established providers within 24 hours of admission.
BasePoint’s goal is always to return clients to their primary provider after treatment, with updated treatment notes, recommendations, and continuity plans.
Providers can submit referrals online through our secure form or connect with us directly by phone. Our goal is to make the process fast, easy, and accessible.
